Terms of Service
The rules for using iboost.ua: what it is, what you may do on it, and what we are responsible for.
Last updated 22 August 2026
In short. This site is a shop window and a way to reach us. It sells nothing and commits to nothing: all work is done under a separate written contract, and it is the contract that fixes price, timing and liability. The form here is a request to talk, not an order.
1. What this document covers
These Terms govern the use of iboost.ua and all of its pages. By opening the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, simply do not use the site; nothing else follows from that.
The site belongs to iBoost. Contact: [email protected], Telegram @iboost_ai.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
The site is informational. Service descriptions, case examples, timelines and indicative figures on it are an invitation to negotiate — not a public offer within the meaning of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
No obligation arises from your reading a page or submitting a form. Obligations arise only from a signed contract setting out scope, price, timing and acceptance.
3. Enquiries through the form
By submitting the form you confirm that the details you give are yours or that you are entitled to provide them, and that you do not object to receiving our reply through the channel you chose. We do not guarantee a reply to every enquiry, but we aim to answer every substantive one.
What we do with what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
In using the site, you agree not to:
- attempt to reach parts of the site or server not intended for public access, or to look for and exploit vulnerabilities;
- place an excessive load on it — automated bulk requests, scanning, brute force;
- send spam, malicious links, other people's personal data without a basis, or knowingly false information through the form;
- copy the site's content wholesale for republication;
- impersonate another person or a representative of iBoost.
We may restrict access for a source that breaks these rules, without warning and without explanation — an explanation here mostly helps the offender.
Security research is a different matter. If you find a vulnerability, write to [email protected]: we will answer, and we will not pursue anyone who reported a problem in good faith and did not exploit it.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, code, images and other materials on the site belong to iBoost or are used on a lawful basis. The KyivType and e-Ukraine typefaces are used under their rightsholders' licences.
You are free to quote the site with attribution. Reproducing whole pages, using our materials commercially, or creating derivative works requires written permission.
Third-party names, logos and products mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are mentioned descriptively; a mention implies no partnership or endorsement.
6. Site material is provided "as is"
We write the site in good faith and correct mistakes as soon as we learn of them, but we do not warrant that everything on it is always accurate, complete and current. Timelines, figures and example results are reference points from our practice, not a promise of your outcome: that depends on your market, your data and your processes.
Nor do we guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be unreachable due to maintenance, a hosting failure or an attack.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the site or inability to use it.
This limitation concerns the site. Liability for work we perform is determined by the contract, and these Terms do not reduce it in any way.
8. Links to third-party resources
The site links out to external services — messengers, documentation, Google resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. Following a link puts you under that resource's own rules.
9. Changes
We may change these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means accepting the new version.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled by correspondence are resolved under Ukrainian law. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force.
